Where's initials have to be N.O.W.
The books that the Where's young business partner carries around with her all the time are arcane spell books. She can cast spells on Where to give her tangability and powers(?).

I think tangibility should be up to Where - but it quickley exhausts her or something. That way when she becomes tangible to save the Gypsy-girl she'll become very weak, leaving the Gypsy-girl to save the day. Maybe those arcane books means that the Gypsy-girl knows more about being a ghost than the Where, essentially giving the ghost untapped powers.
I just like the idea that the supernatural is seperated from the natural. Otherwise you have a ghost that's unghost-like and a human who is distinctly not human-like. Then again, that might work too...
She is so pretty!
And that one really got Hughes look, dude.
Awesome work. I ´ll be around, it is really interesting to see the process of creation.
