N. Where- Ghost Detective (rather, a ghost who is a detective). Solves mysteries through unobtrusive observation. Super intelligent.

Doesn’t believe she is a ghost, but the victim of, what she calls, the Schrodinger syndrome.

Former investigative journalist that became a member of the secret organization W.H.O. Their aim is to spread Fascism across the globe (*needs work). Was found out before she could expose their plot and placed in a Schrodinger type prison which put her in a superstate of being both alive and dead and alive at the same time. Her dead half was able to escape by quantum tunneling her way out of the prison.

She started a detective agency with a young girl that she saved. Her partner gets the clients and Where solves the crime.

She ultimately hopes to get her body back and find clues to the whereabouts of W.H.O. and stop them once and for all.
